• Dial *#06# from your mobile phone. If a 32-digit EID appears on the screen, it means your device supports eSIM.
• Make sure your device is unlocked and supports eSIM.
• No refund will be given if the device is found to be incompatible after purchase.

⚙️ Enable information

• It is recommended to activate the eSIM at least 1 day before departure.
• The QR Code must be installed and activated within 90 days of purchase.
• Activation must occur within the country of intended use.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection is required during the installation process.
• Do not delete your eSIM profile - once deleted, it cannot be restored or refunded.

🕒 Order and processing time

• Same-day activation: Orders will be processed within 24 hours.
• Orders placed after 1:00 AM (CET) will be processed starting at 9:00 AM (CET) on the next business day.
• Customer Service Hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM (CET)
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (CET)

🕒 eSIM orders will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Please follow the instructions provided to complete the eSIM activation. No refunds will be issued after the QR Code is sent.

All eSIM cards we send are in an inactive state and come with activation instructions.After placing your order, you will receive an email 📧 within 24 hours containing your eSIM QR Code and an activation guide.

Please follow the steps below to install and activate your eSIM:

📥 Step 1: Install Your eSIM

• We recommend installing your eSIM within 24 hours before departure.

• Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network.

• Scan the QR Code provided in the email to install the eSIM.

• If scanning is not possible, use the manual setup information included in the same email.

📱 Step 2: Activate Your eSIM

Upon arrival at your destination:

• Go to your phone settings and set the eSIM as your primary data line.

• Turn off Automatic Data Switching (if enabled).

• Turn on the eSIM and enable Data Roaming.

• Restart your device.

💡 Important Tips

• If your eSIM does not connect immediately after installation, do not delete the eSIM profile.

• Please be patient—activation may take up to 30 minutes.

• The QR Code for eSIM activation can only be used once.

• Once downloaded, do not delete your eSIM, as it cannot be reinstalled. If you encounter issues, please contact us for assistance.

• Deleted eSIMs are non-refundable, regardless of usage.
