Quick Start: 3 Steps Before You Travel
- Check if your iPhone supports eSIM: Dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, your device supports eSIM. You can also check the compatible device list.
- Purchase and confirm your email: After checkout, you'll receive an email with your QR Code, ICCID, and installation details.
- Install your eSIM at home: Connect to Wi-Fi and finish installation before your trip. Turn on data and roaming only when you arrive.

What Are ICCID and APN — and Why They Matter
- ICCID: Also known as the SIM number. It’s a unique code identifying your eSIM profile. Some manual setups require entering this number.
- APN (Access Point Name): Defines how your phone connects to the internet. Most eSIMs auto-configure, but if you can’t connect, you may need to enter the APN manually.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

- Messages not sending: Check your default line for iMessage, WhatsApp, or FaceTime.
- Hotspot not working: Most eSIMs support personal hotspot (depends on region and carrier).
- Deleted eSIM by mistake: eSIMs are one-time downloads. Contact support for re-issue if available.
Purchase Timing and Activation Window
- Buy early: Purchase your eSIM 1–2 weeks before travel; install 1–3 days before departure.
