Refunds are not available if your device turns out to be incompatible after purchase. ⚙️ Activation Info Activate your eSIM at least 1 day before travel. QR code must be installed and activated within 60 days of purchase. Activation must happen in the intended country. Stable Wi-Fi is required during installation. Do not delete your eSIM profile — it cannot be reinstated or refunded. 🕒 Order & Processing Times Same-day activations processed within 24 hours.
